i loved fabio when he was on top chef- he's not only authentic, but really hilarious too!! so i bought the book because who wouldn't like having nice meals you can cook in 30 minutes? i am so glad i did!! i've tried about 12 recipes out of this book so far, and have been so happy with each one!! there are a couple that take me over 30 minutes to prepare, but i can sometimes be a little slow when i'm prepping, but i haven't had one that i wouldn't make again!!
Great meals with little cook or prep time. This is a good book for anyone who likes Italian food
